What is the Advantage of contract work vs. direct placement?

Contract work typically is on a per-project basis. This means that you will work on a project at a client site or at our in-house development center through our staffing organization. You are now an employee & received benefits from Advantage. A Direct Placement is when we find a new permanent home for you. You are now an employee of that particular company.
